Enraged Dragon Queen [aka Greedy Her Furnace] is a very cold place, without warm clothing you will surely be shivering from the cold, unless you can find the hot springs. There are several warm hot springs scattered around the Enraged Dragon Queen hunting area and unless you approach a magic portal, you won't encounter any monsters here. The monsters here are at least level 25 so if you aren't that level, try not to run into any.
